Coleen Easy, DNP, GNP began her career in healthcare in 1992 when she earned a nursing degree from Long Island University in Brooklyn, NY. She then went on to earn a Master’s Degree from Hunter College in New York, where she became a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree from Capella University in Minnesota. She is now a Board Certified Gerontological Nurse Practitioner.

Over the course of her career, Dr. Easy has been passionate about and committed to caring for older people. Whether watching over patients in the intensive care unit of a hospital, overseeing the daily operations of a dementia unit, managing a team of nurses in a nursing home, or performing health screenings in a primary care office, she has always focused on putting her patients first — and treating them as people.

Dr. Easy brings her people-centric approach to everything she does, working to foster a positive rapport with those around her to ensure a harmonious and productive provider-patient relationship.
