Cesar Quililan, M.D. is a practicing physician at MetroHealth. A native of the Philippines, he attained his medical degree from the University of the East before moving to the United States to continue his education. He completed his internal medicine residency at New York Hospital, followed by a geriatric medicine fellowship at Shands Hospital at the University of Florida. He became Board Certified in Internal Medicine in 1999.
After completing his education, Dr. Quililan worked as a physician at Community Health Centers in Winter Garden, Florida for 10 years. There he developed a feeling of contentment in his ability to help make the lives of his patients a little better. He joined MetroHealth in 2011 to continue his work in helping others. Dr. Quililan appreciates his role as a trusted advisor and confidant to his patients, and takes his responsibility to be open and honest with them very seriously.
When he is away from work, Dr. Quililan enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children. On the weekends, he can usually be found attending one of the many sporting activities that his kids are involved in. The family often travels together, and the enjoy creating new memories as they learn about different cultures.
